As summer plans begin, let Mountain Thyme take the stress of meal planning off your hands!
This week we’ve got an old favorite! Baked pasta with chicken thighs, loads of veggies, and creamy feta.
We can easily sub out vegan sausage for the chicken as a vegetarian option.
One of our favorite salads makes this a well paired meal!
Mixed greens, goat cheese, cranberries, toasted walnuts
and house-made balsamic dressing!
