This week we’ve got Hickory Nut Gap beef cheeks slowed cooked and mixed with roasted corn for delicious enchiladas. Add a summer chopped salad with avocado ranch dressing for the perfect
summer meal!

Not a meat eater? No worries, we can sub out roasted summer veggies for the beef!
